In its 85 years of existence, the French fashion brand, Lacoste has never had a female creative head.
Yesterday history changed for the brand as British fashion designer, Louise Trotter, was appointed as creative director.
After being Creative Director at Joseph, Trotter replaces former Lacoste creative director Felipe Oliveira Baptista, who announced his resignation after a nine-year stint.
As the new creative director, Trotter will unveil her highly anticipated collection for the French fashion house at Fall 2019 Paris Fashion Week.
